Tiny beading, nymo thread and me, well, we don’t always see eye to eye. I just don’t have the patience to fight with thread and tiny seed beads on a regular basis.
But even though I secretly think that the beading thread gods have it in for me, every once in awhile I try to defy them, dig out my beading patterns, and show them I’m not cowed. Hear that you bead bastards? Your thread mischief doesn’t scare me!
I’m not really the type who often shakes their fist at the air, sorry ’bout that. Maybe it has someothing to do with the fact that I had a playdate at my house this aft. Three five year-olds, a 3 year old, and I fed them pancakes and syrup for lunch. The rush of sugar speeding through their bloodstream was amazingly rapid. Children were jumping on couches and flying through the air like rocket ships on crack. If rocket ships could smoke crack. Which they can’t. But I digress…

Not really my style, but I thought I’d get a jumpstart on some Christmas gifts – yes it’s that time already! – and I know a special someone who’d just love a girly-girl gift like this.
