The Wrapped Loop: You can see a step by step tutorial for making a wrapped loop here.
Opening and closing jump rings – If you’re a beginner, you’ll need to know this. There is only one right way to open and close jump rings. Here’s how: Grasp each side of the jump ring with either a pair of chain nose or flat nose pliers, with the opening facing up. Twist the jump ring open by pulling towards you with one pair of pliers, while pushing away with the other. Never pull the 2 sides apart. To close the jump ring, do the opposite twisting motion.
Tip: If the jump ring doesn’t close all the way, keep twisting the ring back and forth in the opening/ closing motion, applying pressure in the direction of the gap. This’ll close ‘em up good. you should here a tiny “click” sound when they are closed perfectly. I love that little click sound
